PCR-ELISA for early diagnosis of HFRS patients

Conventional PCR and PCR-ELISA positive samples were positive for analysis . Compliance rate of 100 %. 2 patients died 3 days after disease in patients with serum antibodies and conventional RT-PCR, were negative for the high index of suspicion for the HFRS patients.
