Taylor is currently being held in the Netherlands and tried for combat crimes. According to this morning's Metro, Farrow has urged that Campbell evidence against him.

Commenting on the subject during her?Fashion For Relief show, Campbell said: "I didn't receive a diamond and I'm not going to talk about that."
At the period Campbell had been a guest of Nelson Mandela in South Africa. Farrow, who was also a guest, said of the episode above America's ABC Nightline show: "You don't forget while a girlfriend tells you she was given a big diamond in the medium of the night. There's not doubt in my idea. All I thought was, 'Gosh, what one amazing life Naomi had. Probably lots of men are always giving her diamonds.'"

Farrow went on: "Naomi came down. She said during the night some males had knocked on her door and she, half dormant, had opened the door and it was representatives of President Charles Taylor and they had given her a huge diamond."
