I’ve returned from Taiwan and no longer have any excuses for letting you down in terms of quality posts, so expect some exciting new stuff in the coming weeks.

There was a decidedly fashion persuasion to the proceedings as former supermodel Hall presented photographer David Bailey with the 2008 Lifetime Achievement award and Orlando Bloom made a rare awards show appearance - in top-to-toe Burberry Prorsum,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], but of course - to bestow the Designer of the Year prize upon Christopher Bailey.

The girls were on hand to honour the best of British talent among our boys at the Dunhill-sponsored ceremony at the Royal Opera House, which was hosted in suitably high-octane style by?Sir Elton John and a Dolce & Gabbana-clad Lily Allen.
