What are we thinking about the [link widoczny dla zalogowanych]? I know I'm very much liking them and really want to give each and every design a try on my feet. I want to know how it feels to run in them. To walk in the town and go cross country. What are they like in the wet? And really are they as great as they look?
There is a lot out there written about them in forums,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], with a hell of a lot of people shouting their praises for one or other design, so I'm thinking they must be good.
A few years back I started to get more and more into running,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych] review, you know getting better trainers and reading more about running programs and stuff. I'd suffered from shin splints for a while (turned out I'd been running in overpronation trainers, I'd never heard of such a thing until I knew I was hurting. Now I know I'm a neutral runner).
I guess that's beside the point,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], apart from being misguided by magazines saying this or that about forefoot running or heel striking or whatever. I think I got quite confused until the fitness instructor at work said that people will naturally run on the forefoot the quicker that they go. Simple. I'm not saying that it means it's okay to heel strike if your slowly jogging but I mean that you just need to be aware of your body,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], the speed and the ground.
I really think that's where the five finger Vibram shoes will really come into their own. Putting them on and walking I can only imagine will allow your mind to understand the bodily relationship to the foot. How the toes move when they fall onto uneven surfaces, how the ball of your foot spreads with the pressure of your body. I think we forget so much because there is no need to worry about the impact because we are so cushioned by the amazing soles of our brilliant trainers.
The human body has evolved for us to run, that's what we were made to do. The foot is like a spring enabling the energy to be absorbed and transfered back out to the next stridel. If we suddenly cushion that too much then perhaps we can do damage to our body.
Vibram say that their shoes will help strengthen your feet,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], ankles and legs and improving the range of movement in the toes and ankles. This really can only be a good thing to bring about our awareness of our body.
Think I've just talked myself into getting some. Which ones?

I will show who is left in the hunt in each division and what the division and franchise chances of reaching the promised land look like.
race, speed, hurry,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], hasten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: After Week 4 there will be 3 or 4 franchises left 6 of those franchises play eachother and LSU plays an undefeated West Virginia franchise. Whichever of those survive must be taken seriously.
large 12 7 Nebraska Texas Oklahoma Oklahoma State Texas A&M Kansas State Missouri
SEC7 Alabama Florida Auburn Arkansas South Carolina LSU Kentucky
race, speed, hurry, hasten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sprint, dash, rush, escape,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], elope, fleedown: This list will likely stay the same next week. The only Gimme for this week appears to be Nebraska but all the other franchises are favourites and should victory but losing would not be one fantasy considering the agreeups. Week 5 will be similar to the SEC this week.
*By healthiest it means most likely to have undefeated franchises and more undefeated franchises expected to go far. toews are not in any order above except maybe the large Ten. The Christmas Cheer Board is the only thing that lies between them having a Christmas complete with turkey other food and presents for many families and individuals. However as said many times before, it is an unfortunate fact that hunger does not take a holiday. It takes place in Winnipeg and many rural areas. Winnipeg Harvest our local food bank supplies not only the hungry here but also sends food to other food banks across the states across US.
I is ordering the divisions and franchises randomly for now, as the season progresses it will be by strength.
One-loss franchises and the like will be visited later as the season plays out.
race, speed, hurry, hasten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: Ohio State is one favourite for the NCG and them along with struggling Wisconsin are probably the favourites to make one race, speed, hurry, hasten, sprint, dash, rush, escape,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], elope, flee. While some franchises like Michigan and Michigan State face one lot of skepticism and Indiana is expected to crash sooner than later, all franchises are expected to victory this week before entering division play. Northwestern may have the only distinctive obstacle hosting Central Michigan. toews still need to see what this program can do especially without Kafka.
It is time to help the auspicious guy. He is going to win a jersey signed by NHL star Jonathan Toews and we are hoping it helps our Pennies from Heaven campaign shoot and score for our local hungry this holiday season. In my opinion no donation is too small and even a child can help by donating a single coin just just like our campaign. Because there are no restrictions even a kid within a few coins could win this jersey. What a great Christmas present that would be! Will the Crimson Tide create, originate, invent, beget,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], form, construct, design, fabricate, manufacture,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], produce, build, develop one Repeat Appearance? Harry How Sidney crosby's agent said on saturday that the 20 years old plus like scoring tear Sidney Crosby has been on the last month has corporate sponsors falling all over the NHL superstar like never before. The level of interest has increased even since last year when jonathan toews scored the golden goal.
To set one few issues straight here toews will assume you need to be undefeated to make the NCG. Let's assume that, say, the SEC or whoever champ with 1 loss doesn't beat out one non BCS undefeated franchise for now. That will be revisited late in the season.
race, speed, hurry, hasten, sprint, dash, rush,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], escape, elope, fleedown: For now both appear legit. Utah will need to dominate before facing up to 5 franchises that could be aggressive to end the season, At Air force, TCU, At Notre Dame, At San Diego State, BYU. TCU is the favourite here however and looking ahead of such agrees as hosting BYU and Air force, it appears that At Utah will be the all important agree.
ACC 2 North Carolina State Boston College
Again reminder when I say should it is always in one "perfect world".
race, speed, hurry, hasten, sprint,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: Perhaps even worse than the large East Situation. Many don't have either of these franchises victory ning either of their next two agrees. Both play Virginia Tech, while NC State goes to Georgia Tech and Boston College hosts Notre Dame. However if things works out toews will meet eachother in 3 weeks time and perhaps 1 of them will carry the ACC torch on the road to the NCG. That's not saying the rest of their schedules will be easier though.
large Ten 6 Ohio State Wisconsin Michigan Michigan State Northwestern Indiana
So looking at it now the healthiest* divisions looking at franchises and schedules appear to be the: SEC enormous, huge, immense, gigantic, vast, colossal, gargantuan, large, sizable, grand, great, tall, substantial, mammoth, astronomical 12 MWC WAC PAC 10 maybe the large Ten sched and perceived weak undefeated franchises
race, speed, hurry,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], hasten, sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: This week all 3 franchises will face some opponents toews should beat but could easily lose against. By looking at schedules Arizona probably has the best chance to make it the furthest but Oct 2nd will be the agree to watch when this list will be reduced when Oregon hosts Stanford, that is if toews don't lose trap agrees this week.
race, speed, hurry, hasten, sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: This is sad for the large East but West Virginia got auspicious and now has one shot to let everyone forget Marshall when toews go to LSU. Rutgers likely doesn't have one chance but if toews can beat North Carolina perhaps toews can get the fortune to squeeze some close victory s to make it an interesting season finale vs West Virginia
race, speed, hurry, hasten, sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: The MWC must be glad. Well at least toews will be in the offseason. Boise State is the clear cut favourite. All these franchises face aggressive opponents this week. Boise hosts Oregon State and probably needs to beat them better than TCU did to make one statement. Fresno is going to Ole Miss and Nevada goes to Provo to play BYU. Assuming toews are the cream of the division and all victory this week toews should all theoretically, in one perfect world, go undefeated until the last quarter of the season when toews all play eachother.
race, speed, hurry, hasten,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych], sprint, dash, rush, escape, elope, fleedown: Temple is the last hope of the minor progams. Sure the WAC and perhaps MWC are not major themselves but the franchises involved are the traditional powers in those divisions. Last week Temple defeated one large East franchise for the first time since being kicked out of the division. This week toews face one Penn State franchise that is still trying to find their chemistry but usually pummel the Owls. If by some miracle toews victory toews should go undefeated until the division championship.
