A Marlborough man sobbed yesterday as he pleaded not guilty to charges of beating and trying to murder his stepson.
Despite the pleas from Pablo Flores, 45, that he is "a changed man," Judge David Cunis ordered him held on $10,[link widoczny dla zalogowanych],000 cash bail, citing an the 18-year sentence Flores had served for manslaughter.
According to records on file at Marlborough District Court, Flores was arrested Sunday morning when police received a call about a fight between Flores and his stepson around 7:52 a.m.
