　　标识不清的车辆成了医院备案车辆
　　在西安市南郊的交大一附院的东门停车场，在卫生部门前期的摸排过程中在这家医院共有六辆疑似黑救护，记者在停车场里就看到了这几辆车，尤其有一辆特别明显，有警灯，一个红十字标志，按照卫生部门的说法这是明显的黑救护。
