It seems like waiters are constantly rotating (every time I go its like there are brand new ones). The host is often worse. I share an anecdote: <br />Went about 2 weeks back for dinner on a Thursday. It was pretty packed and they were doing good business. I put my name in the book w/ a party of 4 and we all took a seat at a table near the bar. We had some wine and scotch and didn't mind waiting. After a while (maybe 25 mins) I went to inquire about our table and was told 10 more minutes. No problem. After sitting for maybe another 20-25 I went back to ask about the table. The host informed me that we were "next" and I should bring everyone up to the table so we could be seated. So...after losing our table and standing up...now we are made to wait again.
